Ideas for a new expansion

What if a new expansion makes us swim in the deep ocean ?

It can happen in a different continent, like for example in the New World recently discovered, people wants us to investigate this new land. Then Cid creates a submarine because of the rumors that an ancient city had sunken in the sea. We find out that there is indeed a civilization living there (also, perfect way to introduce a new race, lore-wise )
We decide to ask Matoya if she can give us a potion that makes us breath under water (like in the first Final Fantasy, it was a gel if I remember well)
And here we have a new city-state, a new race, beautiful sub-marine exploration

As for the jobs : Pirate or Viking, Geomancer, Blue mage ?

New Primals :
-Syldra (FFV)
-Siren (FFVI/FFVIII)
-Anima (FFX) (since we have to swim in a temple to get her, yes I know, weird idea)
-Mateus (FFXII)
-Famfrit (FFXII)

So, would you like to see sub-aquatic explorations in a future expansion ?

Good call, but I picture it more like we finally have some good intel and a good chance to strike down The Horde, so we all set sail, but half way out into the sea our ship is sunk by a bunch of Naga. Then we can get that potion you speak about and an underwater sea horse mount. Sounds fun!

I should probably add, there is already an existing civilisation and city under the sea as that is were the majority of the Sahagin live. Though I wouldn't see them as being playable, I would be up for learning more about Sahagin culture, social structure and actually seeing what a Sahagin city looks like.

However I think its safe to say we most likely will be exploring something pre-existing in lore for the time being rather than going off left field.
