For bonus probably more company seals or more contribution towards GC or something like that.

既にグランドカンパニーに正式配属された方もいらしゃると思いますが……
I think some of you may already be officially enlisted but.....

まず「真イフリート討滅戦」にボーナスが入るのかどうかについてです。
こちらは繰り返し可能なクエストであるという理由から、特別なボーナスは得られないようになっています。
First off for level 50 ifrit battle bonus, since this is a repeatable bonus their isn't any special bonus for this one.

続いて、イフリート討伐戦に同じグランドカンパニーのメンバーのみで挑んだ場合のボーナスについてです。
こちらは軍票報酬が1.5倍になると共に、「イフリート討伐戦」のヒストリーがもうひとつ追加されるようになっています。
Also for having same grand company members bonus; for this one the company seal reward will be 1.5 times greater and you will also gain extra History (in The Lodestone)
