I had plans for farming the easy items (belts/hats/gloves/shoes) for my alt jobs. After waiting in queues for 15+ minutes, just to get into crap parties, I've decided to abandon midas for now. :/
So I was doing my lvl 60 roulette and got in antitower. The party was of last/deg/blm/old (me). In the beginning everything was alright and everything was killed in a regular speed. When we got to the first boss and we started to attacked, half way to kill the boss the dmg started to reduced immensely. We continued marching ahead and when I pulled and got all the adds together to give the change to the blm to AOE and LB, he took 3 mins to get the mobs to half HP. We killed the adds but took forever. As we were going to the second boss, we asked to the pt in general what happened the dmg looks so low. Everybody started to check their gears, and it was there when the blm noticed all his right side was broken as well his boots and his other gears set were in very poor condition.
Good thing he said. I'm sorry guys for slowly everybody down. I'm gonna leave and let other dps help you all with his roulette.

Here is the senerio I main drg n pld I decided to do a lvl 50 dr as my drk and I get AK hard mode. I failed so hard I wiped the party twice from the second pull I was just so embraced after the second wipe I just said to the group I'm so sorry I'm a bad drk and I quit the dr. After a few minutes I gather my pride together and re-login this time back on my trusty pld and attempt another lvl 50 dr and to my surprise I get AK hard mode again I smile and laugh to myself and think this must be the system giving me a chance to redeem myself, I won't let myself fail again. I lead the charge and clear the dungeon no wipes, no problems. Would also like to apologize to those I was with while on my drk if you ever read this.
This was my duty finder fail story.

And that's why I stopped queuing for Crystal Tower when I used to be on a NA server people being assholes, people trolling or Alliance tanks fighting for aggro rather than do the superior JP strat where B always main tanks. NA's should really take lessons from JP raids, not seen any screw ups in LoTA, worst I've seen is people not stay on atomos platforms for a few seconds.Alliance chat comments after a single early-stage bone dragon wipe in LotA. Everyone died to roomwide AOEs (the platinals resurrected really close to the boss) except a few of us, and...well...
It'd be nice if peeps were a little more patient and less condescending in this kind of situation, especially seeing as there were clearly new people (judging from the bonus). Everything was early pulls up to this point, and no one had the chance to even explain the fight.

My apologies to the party I was just in for Antitower, my internet died.

So according to this thread those guys who complain about you as a healer for using Medica and Medica II are common. I come from highend wow so its almost an involuntary reaction to leave some HoT or protection on the tank before the pulls. Then this one day I forgot and applied regen on the tank and immediately apologized. He said it was ok because its easy to take back the hate and he also said that I shouldn't be afraid to use medica II. He was one of the best tanks I've met on DF.

To be fair, a tank who is paying attention can easily just...Turn off the regen buff before he pulls. The issue is some people never learn when you should and shouldn't use it. Using Medica II mid-fight for the heal is okay, using it pre-pull is asking to get yourself squished. Regen is less of an issue since it's just on one target (I hope?), and a good tank will get hate back off, but it could still be an issue depending on your tank in question. So according to this thread those guys who complain about you as a healer for using Medica and Medica II are common. Agreed it take 1 clic to throw away the regen before pull
I got so many whm that try to re-apply it 5 time in a row when I turn it off
And the most hilarious one are pissed and start telling to me to stop taking it off before a pull so he could slack
*Rolleyes*
Also... S-rank popping when i'm in duty happends everytime
And that's missing me off
Even if I already finished my 3 anima relics
