I'll usually start a pull on DRK with Regen -> A3 -> wait for BP. If it's not up and I've waited a solid 30% of my Tank's health, I'm pressing Holy, otherwise, I heal him during BP and then drop the Holy after.

As a DRK, it's also REALLY EASY to bait your WHM into healing, not Holying during BP - make the huge pull you want and then pop BP first with no additional mitigation. When it's falling off, start rolling CD's (I usually lead with Foresight to test the waters on whether they're gonna Holy - don't wanna blow SW on 7s of stun!) to mitigate damage and ease the healer so they can feel safer doing DPS. ;D
