And that's fine, so 10k every 2 weeks is literally nothing for someone who logs in daily. There are, however, people who quite literally log in once every housing cycle to stop the system from purging their plot, and that is wrong.i log in everyday i used it as an example, do i go into my house daily?? nope lol my house is right beside a mmarket board so use it for quick access to that lol... i worked my butt off for my house so ill do everything possible to keep it even if i get busy in real life :3 its not our fault SE failed big time on housing availablity why should we be punished due to thier failure

still dont agree with the idea no matter what any1 says.. we brought our house so we shouldnt have to pay rent on somethin we already paid for
You won't spare a small fee to prevent misuse and promote the housing system as far as activity is concerned? I'm sure you can imagine what it is like to want a house, and how would you feel if you were locked out of this system? I'm sure you can part with your small amount of precious gil so that Joe and his FC of friends can finally make a house with the funds they've saved together.

yeah i can imagine thats why i worked my butt off to get 1 :3 only people who should be blamed for people missing out on a house is only SE team in charge of that aspect not the players theres a housing update anyways and watch all the people whinge they dont want an apartment they want a house etc etc etcYou won't spare a small fee to prevent misuse and promote the housing system as far as activity is concerned? No one is being blamed for anything; it is SE's fault that the game allows for people to log in so rarely yet hold such a valuable piece of the game, and that is exactly why this thread was made. I don't know why you're posting here if you don't understand the concept of a suggestion thread.
They probably will whine, and for good reason. A house and an apartment are two very different things, but all we can hope for is that some system is enacted of which will prevent the inactive holding of houses.
I hope you try to open that little mind of your's and look at things from other's perspectives, instead of your own. This is an MMO btw, and not all about you ^^.

There are also people who work their butt off, if not more than you did, who can't have a house because there's none available.yeah i can imagine thats why i worked my butt off to get 1 :3 only people who should be blamed for people missing out on a house is only SE team in charge of that aspect not the players theres a housing update anyways and watch all the people whinge they dont want an apartment they want a house etc etc etc
This isn't 'give me your house right now if you don't log in every day!' But it's 'if you're not even using your house for weeks on end others deserve a chance to get one'.
Not to mention players are paying ridiculous amounts of money like our FC did because players are buying the houses and selling them for a stupid price.
Er.. The house was expensive to begin with, so why are we assuming a small tax will at all be a barrier to resellers? They clearly have a way to transfer gil to the alts. You won't spare a small fee to prevent misuse and promote the housing system as far as activity is concerned?
