So I've had enough and decided to vote kick, despite explaining and explaining how to make the run work.was rejected and I got kicked instead, I found out later on that they were all in the same FC and they were friends. So yeah do I deserve the mark too?

But as I mentioned in my post, if a player is unjustifiably kicked then it is abuse of the system, which should be reported to GMs. (In a perfect world) the GMs would actually investigate the matter and impose a harsher punishment on the one who abused the vote kick system.
