Well, looking at the UI and class mechanics, it should come as no surprise at all that them japanese DEVs have some weird fetish for clunkyness.
And animation delays.

I can deal with slight delays mind you, but when its full OCD for a lot of your skills it is a real PTA. Lol! ... Especially I can't stress this enough, defensive skills.
