4 is Bahamut and 7 is Ratatoskr.

There is no question

Look screenshoots of Bahamut and remove all the allagan stuff ( gold )
They are really similar. Bahamut doesnt have 3 horns, it has 2. The 3th one is an allagan augumentation or neurolink.
On the 8 dragon picture, the number 4 looks more like a wyrm, it has spikes also if you look closely

On Number 7 is has 4 horns and go same direction as the ones of Nidhoog, it matches the old Ishgardian picture.

Except there is, because 6 is Bahamut. Compare it to the Wind-up Bahamut minion, the image I linked in a few posts up. It shows the horns without the allagan stuff.

Also, 5 is Nidhogg.
