I really don't like the change... its removing the usefulness of the ability in dungeons. usually when placing collective in a dungeon, its in the middle of a mass of AE. Often times best placement = eating some of the AE. And they were a bit stun/knockback/bounce happy in some of the trash fights... so now I'm finding the ability popping down quickly in 1/2 to 1/3 of the fights. And note I'm litterally just trying to tick it up long enough to give my tank the 10% down debuff usually.
Terrible design choice for PvE. Its made a very cool ability even MORE situational that it already was.
