When merging do not offer full leaderships. Offer one step above the other players coming in.

This, I actually had a supposed Ingame friend who I had known for well over a year join my fc, a month later he kicked everyone out as a "prank" we eventually got my fc back thankfully

Didn't really expect people to be so nasty I guess D: but I mean yeah I could edit some of the settings to prevent that kind of crap.
