This to me is the "git gud" statement and let's not forget things like the term "faceroll" in reference to players expecting it and not a specific game mechanic. So as I said to me that is the type of stuff an elitist would say and undermines the rest of the posters comments.
The added quote you provided wasn't offensive, and is true. If someone suggests a player needs to improve, they often are demonized as an elitist.

While I understand that you dislike the system and prefer a simpler system for crafting such as your games listed, I do beleive its an opinion and not a problem of sorts
Sorry, I guess I should have prefaced. I thought it was obvious that my entire post was my opinion on things.

A few other notes:

Primals: Mog Extreme is a perfect example of coordination rather than a dance. Bismark Extreme is another one which feels less like a dance.
Dungeon puzzles: Yes this game is sorely lacking for puzzle solving in dungeons
Addons: I get they are not part of the game, but I think the current status of the game should include what the game is lacking that other games in the genre have. Further, I wanted to express most of what I said, but saw your post and thought it made more sense to respond instead of making a new one
Glamour Thing: Though I am not a software engineer, I am fairly certain it would take up less server space to have a list of available glamours and a tick yes/no for whether you have it unlocked vs having each item in everyones inventory that needs to record things like if is glamoured over, if it is dyed, it's durability etc.
Housing: That may be their solution to the housing complaint, but it's a pretty bad one.
Gear: you argued against several of my gear complaints citing vertical progression - however, vertical progression does not dictate that gear must be obtained via tomes, nor does it say that stats cannot have interesting worth or that there cannot be multiple options per tier.
Open World Zone: Again you cite vertical progression of why these don't exist, yet these areas exist in games with vertical progression models (like WoW and Wildstar).

I'm sorry if you felt I derailed your thread, or hijacked it. As I said, I simply wanted to post my thoughts on the game and your thread seemed like a good place to put it.
