Give Duskwight Claws or long fingernails that match their skin color by default.
Give Duskwight black sclera for males and females. Maybe even different eyes altogether to make them more cave-like
Change animations for Duskwight to carry some Miqo'te animations especially for running. (Not all, mainly just the stances and some of the movements to make them more wilder.)

Plainsfolk
Make them look more like Taru Taru.
Give them some cutesy Au Ra animations!

Hellsguard
Give them double the butt size. Honestly I don't know.. lol
War Paint on or all over bodies?

Keepers of the Moon
Glowing eyes in the dark or shadowy areas.
Bigger or longer ears.
Unique Tattoos for face and or body.

Xaela
Darker sclera for females just like males. (equal opportunity!)
Muscle Slider, adds more muscles and scales to bodies.
Unique Tattoos and Full Body Paint, sacrificing some of the other generic options.
Uses a mix of Highlander and Roe animations for different in and out of combat actions, not proper. Females can keep a cutesy stance.

I was contemplating switching to an Duskwight Elezen male, but I just could not get used to their running/ sprint animation. It just feel so wooden and stiff.

Still, it is disappointing that Raen v Xaela are just palette swap, similar to the other races excluding Hyurs. This being a new race they could have gone the Midlander-Highlander route since they clearly did not know which direction to take the Au Ra

On topic, I do wish there were some major differences from the races but the ship has sailed, really. I don't think it's a good idea to give a big overhaul to the current races' proportions now.
There are people who like Au Ra women being dainty for example and it would be unfair if they change that suddenly because others don't like it. Animations may be possible to give a fix though, or revert back to the 1.0 ones but PS3 limitations?

No, that would be a bad idea and just selfish, changing something that's already been added would be unfair to the people who like Au Ra the way they are now. There are people who prefer the black scales and the dainty physique of Au Ra.

"Where does it state females are hunters?" I see nothing for Miqo'te here, quit making things up to suit your point. Miqo'te are hunters, but some are probably not. They are not entirely hunters which means they probably do have normal tribes lurking around. Miqo'te had a long time to develop into society.

Actually your wrong. Since if you ever read the definition of the race that you picked your actually making it more like what you picked at the start. So they should be more happy because they are getting what they signed up for.

I actually speak to a lot of Xaela and a lot of them are angry about how cute their race is described and looks.

Its 'ok' as long as you still have the option to be that. However, its kind of funny to see all the proper and cutesy animations when their horns literally have blood on them...




This is what you get when you start an Au Ra Xaela. If they cannot read then I doubt they made it past the first few quests or level 20 anyways. Sorry my opinion makes you feel bad, but I am in the opinion of "You should get what you paid for."

Don't really care for the opinions of Emo Xaela Dark Knights and Cutesy Xaela girls because it doesn't make sense to their lore.

However, the Raen is exactly what they are looking for by their definition.

Make a Keeper female (darker skin) wear some of the low level archer armor and get a bow and move around. You really do have a huntress feel and look to the way you move and look. Your stances out of combat are also pretty good, a large variety of sitting and the standing animation is also pretty good.

I originally picked Xaela because they looked intimidating and mean looking. Then I got into the game and they are acting like an Elezen. It greatly disappoints me even to this day.

Xaela are basically nomads. There's also Xaela NPCs on a few quests like the job quests and the Alexander storyline.

I think that is more story developers with a brief disconnect from the game's lore. However that is kind of like the Dark Elf in Zek in EQ2 who is helping good guys. A small exception to the race and culture. Dark Knight one didn't have much information about the character himself, story was mostly about the girl if I remember. Don't want to spoil though.

Concept Art did though. Also the reveal of Dark Knight had completely different animations and graphics to it. A lot of them were removed and replaced with like the .. red cloud of hurts my eyes.

A lot of all of this problem though could be solved with customizable animations like voices at start. Pick what your race 'can' be.
