That is why they can become fierce looking hunters and i've seen that because they have very good animations for movement. The female Archer and Bard moves really well even a bit stealthfully when they move which describes that perfectly.

However, Xaela? Improper all the way around. They literally just came here.. or (have been around?) I never got that explained.

The ones in the Main Storyline Quest were Raen, not Xaela.
You say Miqo'te look okay as hunters and Au Ra aren't when they have fairly similar proportions, and class/job animations are all the same besides Lalafell and Roegadyn with tweaks.
Xaela are basically nomads. There's also Xaela NPCs on a few quests like the job quests and the Alexander storyline.

In the reveal of Au Ra, there was no lore description accompanying it but they still looked the same 'til this day. Unless you missed that.
The females never looked intimidating, ever.

I think that is more story developers with a brief disconnect from the game's lore. However that is kind of like the Dark Elf in Zek in EQ2 who is helping good guys. A small exception to the race and culture. Dark Knight one didn't have much information about the character himself, story was mostly about the girl if I remember. Don't want to spoil though.

Concept Art did though. Also the reveal of Dark Knight had completely different animations and graphics to it. A lot of them were removed and replaced with like the .. red cloud of hurts my eyes.

A lot of all of this problem though could be solved with customizable animations like voices at start. Pick what your race 'can' be.

The concept art was released a few months after reveal, I think.

I'm not really opposed on making Xaela reflect their clan's description from their appearance but just replacing the current appearance is just a no. Might as well give an option to pick another body type (which I should've just mentioned earlier, whoops!)

Eh, a texture slider with more scales and muscle slider would look fine and not be too much work. Also adding the darker eyes like the males get to females. ((I believe fully in equality when it comes to character customization.))

Animation options for all races. Just adding 'two' for each race would be fine. Xaela can have like "Honorable" (same anims as now.) or "Brute" (other races mixed anims.)

That would be my way of doing it, because it would be less work and cost little memory since the files are already in the game.

I just wish they'd just update the texture to a higher quality because their scale textures are just atrocious (more obvious on Raen) and the extra scales you can add are obviously high-res than the ones you can't, which is pretty sad. Also, Muscle sliders for everyone! Except Lalafell

That's a good way to solve the animation problem people have. Especially that I hate the male Au Ra run so bad that when I changed into one, it didn't even last a week. I'd like to see an animation option where they run normally.
I wouldn't mind bringing back the 1.0 animations for some of the races since I've seen people say they were much better. Hopefully we see all of that soon.

And thats exactly why i like Femroes, we're literally amazons. We're built to "f*ck sh*t up" and our animations reflect that. Look at our /rally emote for example. I would easily rip the head off of everyone being to close while doing it, even though i was just trying to cheer that person up...

We're not ballerinas swaying our arms from side to side carefully trying not to break porcelain bowls.
Instead we're coming in hot. Screw everything standing in our path. The bowls, the shelves and that poor lala desperately trying to hold everything together. He will be served for dinner if there is a spared bowl anyway.

Femroes are one of the best designed races in my opinion.
