Devs, could all of us please get these outfits that the China region is getting?

The Chinese Mogstation even has a package where you can buy the outfits with metallic green and purple dyes. >w>

Well, since I can't read Chinese (I can barely struggle through hiragana/katakana texts and recognize 10-20 kanji... the step from that to ALL THE KANJI (plus a few more) is... no.) I couldn't be certain if they were bundled together with dye because they were dyeable or if it was just one of those "well, if you pay this much, you get the dress and some of these cash shop one-time-use items as a random bonus" bundle offers that don't necessarily have anything to do with each other. ^^

Many times there are licencing issues involved. The artist/company who makes the model or textures has not allowed it for distribution outside certain regions.

It is possible that the company with distribution rights in the Chinese region has employed people to make the asset, and then sent that to SE-JP to be added into the game. As such SE-JP can't send it to the other regions.

Only a guess, though this is how it normally works with multi-country distribution of any creative material from films to music to computer games.

Who does not like money though, they could just offer them some of the profits for putting it on the mog station lol. They are not exactly getting anything by not selling it.

Wouldn't SE have some kind of an agreement to use it one its game though ? (as "owner" of the game)

So my guess is, SE would have to get the other distributors to agree to release the content. (Aka: pay them.)
