Different worlds community, how to know?

So OP...lemme get this straight....

You want a listing that generalizes entire populations of players??

I suggest you just pick a server, play for a while, and see if you like the people there (and if they primarily speak your language). Make characters on several servers to get a feel before transferring your char to your favorite server, even. Elitist/endgame or not, that's primarily for a set group of people to decide. Every server has their good and bad. I'm on a legacy server for example, so we got plenty of "elitists" as some call us 'cus we don't like to party with people who can't or won't learn mechanics/class rotations. There are also some peeps who are the opposite - defend noobs from getting barred/kicked from parties, or can't do mechanics/class rotations, etc. Just find like-minded people and make friends with them. You can't be THAT special that nobody else is like you.

Also, keep in mind the atmosphere/language dominance on any server can change with time. You might like a server now, but not like it later and end up transferring anyway.
