Well polls can be pretty inaccurate. For instance you'd only be getting the opinions of people who see the poll and even then people can vote multiple times in a variety of ways to skew the results. However that's not the actual point. He's really only replying to you because he can't actually refute some of the other posts.

Theyre items from a Primal. They are NOT crafted by players, therefore they should NOT look like weapons crafted by players.

It's this simple, and it is why we will not see a whole lot of fantasical items, because they will ONLY come from Encounters of this sort.

That's really a matter of opinion though. I like the weapons, that doesn't make the designs universally good. I feel they appropriately convey the feel of Ifrit.

More accurate would be to ask how many people mind if their design were toned down slightly to match that of the other weapons. Scale for the most part.

Then ask how many people would prefer if the weapon designs were toned down a bit.

Now instead of having people who like the current design and people who don't we'd have people who wouldn't like a slight change to a specific aspect of the design and people who would. That's better, because simple "like or don't like" misses the point. You can like the weapon but think it's a bit too large for example. It has to be more specific.

He's really only replying to you because he can't actually refute some of the other posts.

Please consider those weapon drops from ifrit. When i saw them i thought they were made by a fanboy or somethig... Be creative SE look back on FF10 and FF tactics. I was so motivated when i saw the ifrit battle teaser. then when i saw the loot, I literally said WTF. same old ugly weapons with fire skin... Grrr. am done talking.

I like the weapons as they are, all of them! Just because you and a few other people don't like them doesn't mean they should redesign them. Even if they did, another group of people would just complain that they don't like them. No matter what they make or how much effort they put into it, it will always look bad to some people and thankfully they realize this.

If I don't like something, I won't wear it. Plain and simple.
