I dont understand the uproar over these weapons. We not even use them as they might be inferior to what you can craft with the new recipes. There are still other issues to deal with than weapon design and the such. TBH i dont mind them that much. THey gonna be replace by next patch anyways so w/e.

Yea yea ive seen the issues, waah i can't regen mp, waah i got less leves, waah my chocobo is too expensive or w.e, all that bs from players who just can't step up to the plate during real gaming adversity.

You're so right! People want everything the way that suits them, and they want to game to be super player friendly and super easy. Is it so much to ask that we have a game in which not everything is handed to us, and working towards something gives us an actual feeling of accomplishment? You play a game like that and you get tired of it in a few months, bring back the challenge! I think people are just scared of not being able to be up there with the best.

The simple solution to the problem is, if you don't like the new Ifrit weapons, don't get them. With the implementation of the materia system you can make your own epic weapon. Well, some of us can.
