Rework ilvl?

I mean when I imagine something being il504 I admit it becomes not a problem as such, but slightly silly. I know they're just numbers but when will it stop? il1865?

Well at the trend they are going at with ilvl jumps, il1865 would be roughly the 18th expansion. If this game survives that long, I'd honestly be impressed :P
