Low level tanks (pre-tank stance) have a very hard time holding threat after the nerf

You seem to have forgotten all the quests and FATEs a player has to do in order to get high enough to even do dungeons, many of which unlock as part of the story mode quests. And many of these quests are done mandatory solo.

Which has literally nothing to do with "tanks having emnity issues"

Also level 15 isn't hardly anything

Msq is msq, solo content, has nothing to do with this thread

And if you want to bring fates into it, there's 50-60 fates as well

There's a TON of 50 msq quests, then 50-60 side quests, 50-60 msq quests
