So anyone else tired of grinding tomes weekly for gear?

So lets say theres no cap...
People would grind them all out for their main class day 1, and then maybe grind for their alt classes the next week. What happens? -> Burnt out very easily.

SE can reduce the tome rewards or make them a random drop to prevent it.

Say 20% chance to get tomes at the end of the dungeon, 80% to get dark matter 6 instead of the tomes (example: Ifrit during 1.x).

This sounds awful! Would take even longer to gear one class/job if you can't spend a lot of time playing.
