    Yeah, it's not GM fault, but refund to buy the wrong item should be able to do! what's the difficult of a GM take away the wrong item from player inventory and return the amount of red scripts spent? maybe just two GM commands will fix your problem, but GMs only follow SE procedures they cant, for example, give you refunds even if they really want do it, the problem is above.
    To be honest, I have good experiences with SE support too, but they have to improve a lot customer support. Listen players and what they can do for them.

    That shouldn't be handled by the GM at all. If YOU buy the wrong item, it is YOUR fault. I've bought wrong items in the past both in the NPC shops and from the market board. Oh well MY mistake. I should not have to rely on a GM to fix my mistakes. There's even a confirm buying button when you get stuff from shops. Players don't need their hands held when they make a mistake like that, you even get a prompt saying 'Exchange Blah for Blahblah?' so it's only the player's fault for not bothering to pay attention.

    I realize that it is MY mistake, and I said that before, so YOU should read before YOU post a reply lol. Let ME ask YOU a question. Do THEY offer a service that allows YOU to get an exchange? Yes THEY do.Most stores in the real world do as well. Why? Because mistakes happen. So much for YOUR "shouldn't have to blah blah blah" they OFFER that. MY problem is that THEY told ME they would then flipped it up a WEEEEEEK later. Problem? All automated responses. Not willing to spend the dough on people that will actually talk to you. And yes they make enough to afford better customer service.

    What happened aside... I've had bad experiences with the GMs as well. I had some problems with my old token and went through a nightmare just trying to get ahold of someone about it.

    Finally did tech support and got some rude and impatient GM who acted like my very existence bothered him. And the thing about it was it's not like I was rude or demanding, I went out of my way to be kind and provide as much information as I could.

    The real topper for it was when it was fixed, I asked for two seconds to login and verify the fix worked. GM said no and just logged off. Sounds like a small complaint but a little can go a long way in those kinds of situations

    Pretty much this. If you have a software issue, or hardware issue with anything related to a blizzard product they either ignore it, or just tell you do a clean install, or delete some part of the game and run the repair tool.

    Sqeenix will help you get the game working properly, the rest is up to you. While Blizz is the opposite, made a mistake they can teach any random schmo off the street to fix with some console commands or (by now probably a gui). Too bad you cant get both.

    exspanding on my last post please gm I bought wrong gears cause I now main pld, so can you give me back my lore for monk and drg chest includeing my slaying accessorys?

    sarcasim at its fullest :P but really even irl we buy things we dont need and don't get refunds so why should a game be different?

    Because SE literally offers this service, confirmed that they will exchange the item and then they backed off.
    Can't you (not you alone) not read?
    He is not complaining about not having a oppurtunity to exchange it, he's complaining because he was 'scammed' by SE's GM who was telling him that he'll get an axchange..
