SE can pretty much do what ever they want it their game, for example they could shut down the game tomorrow if they wanted it even in the ToS.I don't see how that is valid. He never sold the house for any profit. He listed an item and someone bought it; then he got lucky and saw an empty plot and bought that too. Sure; it can be a coincidence and its a big one at that; but can a GM ban someone for those things?
