Ifrit Fight

Gripes with the patch notes:

• 15 minutes to wait after sucessful Ifrit kill? What is this? Darkhold was only 5 but now we have to wait 15. If it were 30 or an hour (it would still be stupid) but it would be enough time to go do something else, but for just 15 minutes you are merely forcing most people to go afk for 10 minutes before they do it again.
  
• Why do we have to do the rank 30 version before the rank 50 version? I think it takes away from an interesting fight if you have to do an easy version of it right before. Hopefully it at least doesn't have identical abilities.
  
• Those who defeat Ifrit in a party formed exclusively of members from their own Grand Company will earn greater rewards.

Will have a better drop rate, or will earn rewards that are exlusively available to groups made up of one Grand Company?

However this:

"when players within an instanced raid are forced to log out due to a lost connection, they will now respawn near their party members upon logging back in."

makes me forgive all my Ifrit gripes. For now.

Agreed. I hadn't thought about that, but that pretty much what is going to happen. Although, think about it. When you exit Darkhold what usually happens? Do you always go back in immediately, or do you take some time to use the restroom, get a drink, get stuff repaired, replace departing PT members, etc.?

I REALLY hope lvl 50 Ifrit is stupidly tough to beat.

Agreed. I hadn't thought about that, but that pretty much what is going to happen. Although, think about it. When you exit Darkhold what usually happens? Do you always go back in immediately, or do you take some time to use the restroom, get a drink, get stuff repaired, replace departing PT members, etc.?

Totaly agree with this, its just a bad, lazy and outdated design wich I had hoped never seen in this game, ruining that first moment of "Finaly seing that one hard badass boss die" because you already killed his weaker version.

And for what? A 30min extra time sink where people jump on their rank 50s and curbstomp Ifrit just so they can proceed to the real fight?
No thanks, please don't force easymodes down the throat of the ones that want a challenge in their games.
