I don't think anyone is joking when they say it. PC's are clearly better.

We all know they're clearly better. The problem is some people take the bragging of PC master race a little too far, to the extreme that it offensively belittles anyone on a console.

For example, the minds of PC players will work like this:

Today it's PS3 limitations.

Tomorrow it'll be PS4 limitations.

In a month, it'll be Console limitations.

[Though this kind of talk will shift the conversation into an entirely different topic, I was only trying to make a comparison.]
