That is a good point about the cobolt being obtainable from grade 5 nodes!

Also, we should keep in mind that if canvas is being phased out as it appears to be (??), then some other material will have to be used for all that R20-ish gear, which would suggest that they may be shuffling around what materials are used for each rank range.

I think Velveteen has be re-scaled for rank 20's so it goes

Hempen > Cotton > Velveteen

now with no canvas inbetween.
