I would propose a storage system for housing. Not the armory which can only hold certain items but something more like a personal item chest, something akin to a retainer. It seems unrealistic to own a house but be unable to place your belongings in it. Introducing a personal storage trunk that is accessible to players who are part of the housing but connects to an personal storage unit would go a long way towards increasing the overall usefulness of houses in general, especially with the crafting tables that can only be used within a household.

It can be fixed having one in the inn room, like armory chest and the other stuff.

Well supposedly in 3.3 we're getting more wards, more plots per wards, and apartment housing (with indoor gardening) so... maybe it /is/ time to look into a storage chest feature.

I've tried this, but got frustrated with the glamour system and having to buy extra retainers so I recently sold or threw out most of what I had been saving to go back down to 2 or 4 retainers. Compared to most games on the market, this one has a pretty clunky system and I'm not sure why that is. I wouldn't expect it to change though before 4.0. I imagine at that point the PS3 will be retired and the game may see some enhancements for item management and glamour.

I've been considering getting 2 retainers, moving all the gear that I don't use (But hold onto because of sentimental / effort put into getting them) into the retainers, then turning off the retainers (So basically SE gets 4$ but that's all they get) to create an artifical storage.

1440 houses total, per server.

I agree, we need to have more plots available.
