My honest answer to that? I think we will be lucky if we even get some next expansion. Even without adding new retainers for money.

And yes while in the long run they may be hurting the chance to get free retainers, but that isn't a reason to 1. take shots at them and 2. blame them for something that is SEs fault..

I think everyone who purchased HW should get an extra retainer for free.
Asking to have basic utilities like storage put into the cash-shop makes no sense. We pay a sub, we shouldn't have to pay extra for things like this.
Please don't give the company the message that they don't have to provide better storage in-game because people are only too happy to dip into their wallets and pay.

Now I'm the one to usually take the piss out on people for hoarding as I am a hoarder, but if you've honestly got 8 retainers full of gear you might just want to dial it back. Another retainer won't be enough for long, and they can't just keep expanding to meet extreme demands. The only solution to your problem seems like a glamour log.

It is only $12 per month xtra for 6 more retainers, cut out a lunch or two out per week. Skip a night out one week. etc, etc. It is easy to come up with that if you really want it.

Hmm, I think it'll be one of my main form of entertainment, I've met amazing people, had amazing experience with the game itself. So why not go all out I suppose?

Of course I'll take a free one over a paid one any day. But since I'm not within the norm of keeping only relevant stuff, I really would appreciate if I can hold on to at least the Unique Untradeable gear.
