One option you guys could think about is having an "official" tournament at the end of every season. All teams that are diamond rank are invited to join (to encourage people to queue up during the season) and teams are seeded based on their rating. All teams that reach diamond rank, regardless of tournament participation will automatically get the accessories. The top 16 teams in the tournament will get a crown, the top 4 get the chest piece, and the top team gets the furniture (obviously the exact rewards could be tweaked, this is just an example). Each team could consist of 4 players + 1 or 2 alternates. The tournament could even be fully automated - it could use a system similar to "eternal bonding" where you are assigned a time slot and you show up and the game starts.

This would encourage participation during the season with rating as an incentive for seeding. It would eliminate the chance of win trading for the most prestigious prizes. It would also give the community a huge event to look forward to and would be a fantastic way to debut the new spectator mode that Yoshi-P discussed.

I'm looking forward to hearing the final update when the season officially starts!
