I think it was somewhat foolish to remove the ranked rewards from the 4v4 matchups but I really think the hate for solo queing should stop.

People are currently playing bad in it, but it will all balance out in the end. If you notice people in high ranks still breaking CC or running around doing stupid stuff...then there is a problem. The ones breaking CC, that is like your ~1000 MMR rated WoW player. The 2k + will be riding diamond and will be better at thinking on the fly and working as a team. Just needs time to balance out. We all started from nothing.

My experience of the first night of The Feast was spending well over an hour queued for 4v4, then ditching my friends and queueing solo. Got in within 1 minute, had a great match with great people which really got my blood pumping. Shame that 4v4 seems dead in the water outside of prime time on a quiet datacentre like mine. Guess my friends are never going to PVP with me since they're all Adders and I'm never leaving Maelstrom :S

This is hilarious, because at high play AST and SMN are no better than the other classes. This is a statement made by an inexperienced PVPer.

My guess is that it will come with the start of the season. Pre-season is their beta test.

First day impressions. Nobody knows what a bind mark is, CC is constantly broken, and I have a tension headache or an Aneurysm. You need to have a rank/match requirement for inexperienced pvpers. Either R40 or 100 unranked matches to que for solo ranked.

If you think they might change for season two then it's all the more important that we speak up now so they know people are unhappy.

A ton of people spoke up about the BS which is triple triad tournaments.... Being able to rig, no DF for it, riggers get a huge amount of pts compared to non-riggers, etc etc.... It's been over a year and they still have not fixed it. Nor have they fixed chocobo races. Those chocobos require a lot of work, and yet you get almost nothing to show for it.
Lords of verminion is dead as well. (these are other forms of pvp btw...)

What I am saying, is if they think it'll be too hard to fix, or they don't care about it, no matter how many people complain, they won't fix it. I fear this will happen with the feast as well.
They have pretty much swept wolves den under the rug with the new feast instead of fixing it...
They really don't have a good track record with this sort of thing.
