The language issue could be fixed very simply, and rules about how frequently to match people up against teams from the same server or with the same members could be implemented. The fact that they just let people exploit known loopholes shouldn't block legitimate players from a feature.

Sort of confused about 8v8 not allowing premades as I thought that was the entire point of that mode; casual fun with friends instead of stressful coordination with strangers.

Trying to fathom the reasoning behind this. Why is rated solo queue the only mode offering seasonal rewards? No seasonal rewards for rated light party gives little incentive to queue it. I understand that this could prevent potential wintrading, but shouldn't that be a problem for SE to figure out preventative measures for?

Please allow ranked light party to obtain the same seasonal rewards so that light party mode can stay active through out the season.

Coupled with the fact that the Rules of Engagement say your solo ranking doesn't change when you play in 4v4, it sounds as though you won't make any progress towards rewards unless you explicitly queue solo. It's not clear but a lot of us were expecting to be able to earn progress irrespective of how we queued.

SE is basically asking us to try our best to reach Top100 out of (randomly throwing numbers) 1000+ people using a system based on Win/Lose with random people/compositions EVERYTIME while also throwing a WIN Qualifier to gate us.

Yeah i dont understand why they even made ranked solo-que, being at mercy of team RNG is not my cup of tea. There should only be 8v8 fun mode and 4v4 ranked mode imo, 4v4 ranked solo is just pointless. I guess i will stick to FL and maybe do that 8v8 if you can que there with friends as i have absolutely no intrest doing solo ques.
