RIP ALC. Not even a mention in QOL improvements, yet CUL gets this?Currently, higher tiered food recipes only yield one meal per craft, while the amount of materials and effort required to craft these items are similar to crafting gear and other items. The dev. team is checking to see if it would be possible to increase the amount of items which these food recipes yield per craft.

More Seafood Stew per craft? Hell yeah!

Because spending 3 minutes for a 20 second stat potion is totally fair and reasonable.
Not. Haha.
I actually traded my alch specialty for armorer and geared up that class instead thanks to this nonsense. Got better ways to spend my time then making potions all day.
I do hope they make this for ALC as well. Infact ALC needs it more. But CUL as well - especially with all the mats that needed gathered for both.
(super serious)I don't know what to put here so I've put this here as a placeholder until I figure it out.(super serious)
Recruitment code if you are starting out: FTB8JBQ5

Even though I do not make any potions and mostly food, ALC needs it more.
This pretty much settles it... I'm dropping ALC spec tomorrow for something else. I'm glad for the potential CUL buff because it absolutely needs it, but ALC needs it so much more.
I'd say maybe it's an oversight in the wording of the post and that ALC will probably get the buff too, but I spent almost 8 months thinking the 1 yield potion recipes were an oversight and that they'd "surely get fixed in the next patch." I have zero faith that ALC gets a buff.
not only that but alchemy should be able to make cordials and hi cordials by now like seriously

A much higher percent of the population uses food, thus more pressure to make food more easily obtained. Alc potions are more a raider only thing for the most part, and even making them easier to get wouldn't change this, so it will get much less traction for changes. Further, most who use pots can either craft them themselves, or have a static with someone who can if they get materials, making it less MB dependent, unlike food where the average player only has MB or if lucky a FC crafter to help with it.
