Column 1 is indeed jobs icons as they were during 1.x. I don't think you can use sets 4 and 5 for macroicon. However, you can use set 2 with
/macroicon x gearset
where x is a gearset corresponding to the right job.

Yeah I know, set 2 is the basic icon when you register a gearset and just droping it on your skill bar is enough you don't need any macro. What I do is replacing those icons through macros to get something prettier, and I just wanted to use something that could solve my icon problem when changing job.
