How do you get lore tomestones ?

lore tomes from Duty Roulettes and the new lvl 60 dungeons. U need a job at 60 in order to obtain this tomes.

yeah ,u can see it ingame , but if u are still 55 u probably dont even have access to the city. U can always ask a friend to link the items

The ARR beast tribes that give IV don't give it until like rank 5 or higher

Which, for someone like me who hasn't done any of the ARR beast tribes, it would take me well over a month just to get to the point where I could start getting IV

In that time I'll have already needed the materia a long time ago

Way too much guillotine-style greatswords imho (sephirot / lore / fury) in this patch. I would have preferred more claymores / zweihanders for my girl. :/

With the lore gear, has anyone come across if they are capped for melding? As in I want to get the Hailstorm chest-piece and want to add more Mind to it, can I do that and if so will I hit a cap before I run out of slots? (I ask this because I don't do a lot of crafting and want to make sure I have the right materia for someone to meld it for me)

there are caps yeah ...hailstorm chest

30 cap for det
and 106 for crit , acc and spell speed

u cant meld MND.
