IV Materia is also available from Beast Tribe Quests now, not sure why you would buy?
I have been stocking up Quicktongue and also Savage Might Materia

The ARR beast tribes that give IV don't give it until like rank 5 or higher

Which, for someone like me who hasn't done any of the ARR beast tribes, it would take me well over a month just to get to the point where I could start getting IV

In that time I'll have already needed the materia a long time ago

I got Amalj'aa rank 3 couple days ago and that unlocked Materia IV -daily quests.

That's a bit better, even so, rank 3 will take me something like 33 days to get
