The Praetorium is so messed up place.

I really don't see it as a mess.

Yes the first run always sucks if you don't have friends to warn you that everyone is going to leave you behind if you insist on watching cutscenes... but after that just follow, skip cutscenes ( should have them set to automatically skip previously seen ones by level 50 IMO )

You should not have a problem finding people, that's more of a user issue than the praetorium or the game. Use the shortcuts after a notice pops up on screen that a boss was killed, just like in a dungeon, and use your mini map to see where your party is.

I'm sorry you got left behind OP but praetorium is not that bad.

Some of the Classes (DRG obviously) have Job quests in 3.0 zones so it;s not as simple as making 4.0 level 50-60 zones. They also have to make the skills for those that don;t have Heavensward

Honestly I'd rather see the next expac expand upon Class Traits than put even more strain on (in some classes case) bloated skill rotations.

I was mainly talking about the Skills introduced in heavenward. In hindsight I should I said "make the level 52-60 skills available for those that don't have Heavenward"

Yeah I missed like half of the action during the Praetorium because of speed runners. It was the most anticlimactic ending to a game I've ever experienced. Afterwards, I grabbed a quest that had me run it again and I was like "oh, cool, I'll get the whole story now". Nope. The group lost me again on the first lift, I wound up wandering around for ages with no access to the Magitek armor and no idea where to find the ID card.

I would have looked up a quick guide or something beforehand but I've had literally no other issues in any other dungeons until this one. I certainly didn't think it would be a disaster twice.

This really sucks for new players, I understand why they need to include it in roulette and all that but for the last MSQ mission this should be much, much better designed.

This dungeon needs an overhaul, to better position the cutscenes and to prevent any kind of speed running.

Majority rules, its not like you can skip the cutscenes. The "action" is laughable at this point anyways and secondary to the story. They put in a line telling you to grab a key before starting the magitek armor, but they could do a better job of making that more intuitive.

Same thing happened to me. But now the tank was so far ahead that the mobs he pulled aggroed myself and another player and we died. Besides that when I respawned finally it was because I didn't know you couldn't just click okay and rez you have to hold the button down to fill before you rez. So not only was I behind. I couldn't catch up. This was the only dungeon group I left so far in this game. Yeah this is a problem.
