    Are you able to exchange the one handed Lightning Returns event wpns for two handed variants yet? (the WHM/BLM wpns)-- I was looking everywhere on patch day for how to do this...

    I don't believe so. The only ones I saw that were exchangeable were the primal drops. Not the crafted ones either. A rep has stated in another thread that they hadn't finished the conversion and more will come later.
