3 star confirmed?

Ariyala updated the FFXIV toolkit site and if you look at the new 220 gear it mentions it as being 3 star recipes.

There are reports of recipes listed that will require 850 Craftsmanship and 820 Control.

Most of them seem to be Specialist recipes.

They include the crafted iLvl220 gear and related mats.

N.B. Currently my best-geared crafters are around 810 Craft/720 Control. So even with HQ Seafood Stew (+31 Control) I've got some substantial overmelding to do, unless either 1) the Souls give a substantial amount of control, or 2) Type V crafting materia becomes affordable.

That seems pretty high, which, if true, leads me to believe the soul stone will be providing a significant stat boost.

Reports that soul stones will be a +20/20 boost.

I got 871 / 802 for all my crafters, just need some food buff on control then i am good to go
But if most of them are specialist recipes ...
