I got 871 / 802 for all my crafters, just need some food buff on control then i am good to go
But if most of them are specialist recipes ...

how can reach this stats?

oh well i see something like that coming and prepare 200x lvl 4 materia each sort

next weekend wanna try to collect mat and try to craft some of the new stuff 3 star i am ready soon

Yep, and if you look at the three star recipes, they are ALL specialist recipes. So there is not a single 3 Star recipe available for non-specialists.
This means, three star stats (850 crafts, 820 control) are only needed for your specialist.
