    Thats because PS3 will not be locked out of the game, just the new areas. Not releasing 4.X on PS3 doesn't mean kicking PS3 out of 2.X and 3.X areas.

    Unless person is a new player, they pretty much will be cause the masses will be in the new areas doing the new content. Just look how older content is treated now.
