When he's doing the cleave spam, he ignores enmity and aims this at the off tank. So the spinning around happens if they're not paying attention and are still standing behind him with the other melee.

Funny thing as OT is, when I'm trying to distract the prey cleave attack to the east side (since main tank always stand around north).. Some players always almost scatter around to the east side just to get hit even though there wasn't anyone there before even with me putting ignore #1 sign on my character and told the party to avoid me..
