Just why certain content are in this roulette ?
Beginners (<40 hours) won't reach some dungeons, raid and cie.
And, with no beginners, we could not go to those trials and others things.

EXP was boosted in the old 2.0 content when 3.0 launched, so it'd be easy for people to level up quite fast and reach the harder content.

I'm perfectly fine with EX primals and 24 main raids being in that roulette.
As long as Coils aren't in there. I have lost all my patience trying to teach people how to do t5 and t9.
When I was a newbie, I got lucky to found great players with lots of patience to help us with lots of dutys. Ex titan, ex ramuh and even T9, witch we have also cleared by the end in the DF.
This roullet is made for these players. I saw the developers saying that the rewards for the the mentor roullet is going to be very low, since its for people who primarily wants to help.
I see no problem in having these dificultie fights. I will be glad to spend some time helping there. But the reality is that its gonna have very few people willing to do this.

I just foresee a lot of headaches, specifically with Ramuh EX (which still requires a pretty solid amount of coordination and awareness at level 50) and Thornmarch EX (same deal). Echo doesn't really ease the burden of those two since they're so mechanically-strict. I also, honestly, couldn't really explain to someone how the tank swapping mechanics work in either fight, as I only ever cleared them on Healer.
And I would hate to get paired up with someone and not be able to help them, as that's the whole point of the system.
