I use a mouse with 12 side buttons for buffs/targeting etc and a Tartarus for movement and all other abilities. I only touch the keyboard in dungeons to type. Before I started using the Tartar I just got really good at clicking on abilities past number seven or so. It really is all about practice. I used to think clicking was easy and now I can't do it to save my life because I've played with a game pad for so long.

I have pretty small hands for a woman, so the farthest I ever reach is 1-5. I used to play another MMO that used all the keys around the WASD keys, so I just keybound some skills there. E is any ground AoE my classes have (just to make it easier for me to remember), and Q and X I gave to skills I valued as important and needing that quick reaction time.

Everything else I click on 'cause my most used skills are within reach... I'm also too poor to afford a gaming mouse, or I'd probably use that, lol.

Movement to your mouse? I mean, I can press mouse1 and mouse2 for forwards movement, but that's a default control.

I have left-strafe, right-strafe, and backwards keybound to the G keys, and also auto-run and my mount hotkey. I can move any direction quickly with my thumb or M1+M2, and can simultaneously slide the mouse around to turn.

I usually just roll my face across the keyboard and hope for the best I don't even own a mouse. Tab is very well optimized in this game so it's all you really need, oh and a track pad because if you can't click it what's the point am I right? The more you can use your face the better and your nose can hit those pesky ctrl + alt keys at the same time.

    Ok so I read enough.

ok so your a PC player.
My hubby doesn't use 1 to = his most used are at 1 to 4. The rest is all clicked with his mouse button. 2 seconds GCD is more then enough time to move the mouse and get ready to click move and beware of what's going on.

I use a g600 mouse for 12 quick keys and click on addiction actions. Mostly off GCD stuff.

    Commendations.
If I play dps I only give it out to other dps.
If I play tank I only give it out to healers.
If I play healer I only give it out to tank.

Only if they should be getting a commendation.
There are always exceptions to the rules!

Lol same, as healer, tank, and dps. But I didn't use those shift and alt. I don't feel comfortable to change the keybind from it's original and pressing additional like shift and alt. So I instead use mouse to click the skill.

I have ctrl, alt, and ctrl alt modifiers on my skills, and ctrl and alt mapped to the side buttons on my mouse. Pretty easy after that.

Correction, your left side is 8, and your right side is another 8. For 16 per bar, or 128 total. Since when you press L2 or R2, your controller appears to two button mappings (awkwardly placed on my Xbox One controller though), so when I hit the LT (aka L2) button, the far left 4 become bound to the controller's d-pad, and the mid-left 4 become bound to ABXY, similarly when I hit RT, the mid-right 4 become bound to the d-pad, and the far right 4 become bound to the ABXY. I don't use a controller though, I'm muscle memory trained thanks to WoW to use my Razer Naga Epic's thumbgrid and Razer Orbweaver/Deathstalker Ultimate for the rest.

As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
