I was hoping when the winter sale ended they would add the new items but unfortunately they did not. Most likely will be added with patch 3.2.

we've been saying "most likely with 3.2" for awhile now, it's not 3.2 yet, why are you surprised? It's almost guaranteed to be added when they patch 3.2.

Their money, their decision. Let them have it as long they are willing to pay for those items.
It's not like you lose out on anything, other than maybe your ego because the items aren't 'unique' anymore for you.
