Will it be possible to buy the set but glamour the hair only? Or do we have to glamour the whole set on the char we choose to make him look like a Lightning Clone?

Yes, it will be like the Minfilia outfit and hair. The hair will be added to the Aestician guy, you don't have to use the outfit to have the hair.

I feel a bit sad about this, because that means that the "Lightning Strikes" event won't be repeated again, and it was the best event of the game... But it's good for those who don't have the items. I only hope that the Shantotto event will be repeated at least one last time... I already wrote an entire thread about that.

I'm so happy about this. Totally get about exclusive items, but the problem with that is that you sort of penalize new players. I think this was done pretty fair though, I mean it WAS exclusive for what 2 years? Anyone that did it had it as exclusive, and got it for free. The rest of us now have to pay for it so I think it's not bad.
