What Jobs would you like to see in the next Expansion

I, along with many others, already said that there should be multiroles for different jobs. RDM could actually be a healer, a tank, or a damage dealer, change abilities according to the different roles and people would play them however they wanted. All you have to do would be change the role in a little window before you queue into a duty. But SE cannot think outside the box, and/or don't want to. Everything so far has been painfully linear.

On the ninja being a tank topic, it's fair to say that it was also an incredibly powerful DD. I personally leveled it as both, all you needed to do was change gearsets and you were golden. Tanking on NIN was fun, as well as DDing and debuffing with it and it's many tools.

Ninja was built to be a Tank. Square-Enix just didn't understand how powerful Utsusemi actually was in the hands of unlimited creativity and the ability to sub Warrior for Provoke, and In some cases Dark Knight for Threat/Stun. They also had incredible Debuffs. something No other Tank could do. They had to rely on other classes to debuff the enemy.

Ninjas original purpose was probably Debuffing DD, and Utsusemi was suppose to be a contingency plan incase they pulled threat. And you're correct, Ninja was an incredible DD with Dual Wield on it's side. We probably speak from experience. I myself was a FFxi Nin Tank. Later on i got Kannagi to solidify my role as top Tank at the time. I then made an Apocalypse tanking Dark knight because I could, then for funzies a Guttler Beastmaster because screw it, Guttler talks to you in the Lore like a bloodthirsty booooooooooooooss.
