Going into AST territory with having this class be able to provide HoT and shields, however as this class stands it would be much too OP imo.

Dancers used TP in XI I believe. So its not totally impossible. The problem I have is that you're using TP.
TP is theoretically infinite. Tanks and DPS run out of TP because 99% of the fight, they're attacking and using up TP, typically with a 70-60-60 combo of sorts when ticks are only 60TP regenerating.
Healers are not required to heal 99% of a fight, so having TP be the main source just doesn't work. Waiting 6 seconds= 120TP = 12% of your overall pool of TP.
I also have a problem with your Invincible Drink and Hero Drink. These give more damage/reduction than AST cards and are NOT subject to RNG. They're also GCD skills which means for EVERY tank buster, this could be used, and 15s duration w/ GCD means you can have it up on all 4 DPS during burn phases whenever.
Wasnt Dancer healing more based on the party attacking the same mob to allow them heal per strike? I never got to far into leveling my dancer on XI. Think only level 15 or so.

I'd love if we can "mix" the same way mudra is weaved.

Needs some more balancing, but overall an interesting layout and well thought out, I like it. As others said though, a few things just seem far too imbalanced to be feasible in an in-game environment. raise some TP costs and increase cooldowns on certain things though and you may have something =)

Chemist is one of my all time favorite Final Fantasy Classes. I'm hoping its added to the game sometime as a healer. Would make me so happy!

I think it's not, seeing as there is a lot more decision making to be made here. Potencies can be fixed, but to have really strong heals you need to use your back stock stack as well as supplement it, and a supplement is only available once every 20 seconds (kinda like dark arts is available and augments stuff).

It's true that they used TP, and I loved Dancers a LOT in FFXI, but TP worked fundamentally different then. TP was built by hitting mobs with auto-attacks and before DNC, was only really used for weaponskills.
They give you all your TP right at the start here. So for most things, I see TP as sort of an unfair resource for healers to use since it's so quickly regenerating. That being said, for most fights MP isn't an issue for most healers, so perhaps it's more balanced than at first glance, dunno. It's interesting nonetheless.
