How did you not understand it? FF9 is probably the most simplistic in story depth out of all the 3D FF titles and it rarely threw any twists at you expecting you to know it off the bat.

Even with adding cards, I'm only on 1020/1080 at the moment ...ugh.

The same reason I didn't understand the point behind the final boss. I *did* understand Kuja though, but everything else sorta flew over my head.

Was actually thinking about the same thing, if you are leaving the game it is unlikely that you will be around long enough to collect a 1060 day subscription reward let alone whatever comes afterwards.. so now it seems that you are just starting drama.

Its nice that they are tossing out some nice outfits from past games. FFXIV has its own armor sets and clothing so its not really necessary for them to give us that.. unless they want to give us Kan-E-Senna's gear, or Raubahn's
