Why are low standards for dps acceptable?

I'm not saying to play with them. Vote kick them for poor performance.

But the developers themselves need to give players more tools to encourage party play. But people need to understand the limitations of the system in place and expect that going into duty finder.

I have to wonder... doesn't the game allow you to meet the ilevel requirements while wearing the disciple of hand gear?

Good grief, who else remembers when people would do this in LotA? Full crafting/gathering accessories, or using the wrong main stat and then spirit bind.

Totally dude, a PLD should definetly put on more MND or PIE gear for more stronger cures. Maybe then, the PLD can keep you alive in the Aery. On top of that, Your Earthen Air Mage should also put on some str dmg to boost your physical auto attack. EVEN MORE DPS@!!!!!

I call BS. PLDs should use more DEX for better parry. (Yeah, that was actually said once.)

I agree to an extent with what you're saying. There needs to be more incentive to play well and do your share. As it stands if one person plays like crap then "oh well, that's DF."
