Within the first two questions he asked that got him targeted? That's only what you'd like to believe.
Oh so you don't know for sure?
Stop adding tone and context that you can't even prove was there please.

No, within the entire screenshot. He's a jerk in the following lines. And somewhat on here.
Or you could take your own advice? I don't really need to, though, since the rest of his responses showed what kind of character he is anyway.Oh so you don't know for sure?

I read the conversation in a vastly different way than you did. There are tell-tale signs of botting. I'm willing to bet it was obvious the BLM was not a bot simply because they didn't use one skill. TC obvious cherry picked a small screenshot out of a whole dungeon. Wonder what the entire dungeon looked like. Either way, TC acted like an ass, and got treated like one
From what I can tell on context, they had just received loot and presumably have had 0 chat thus far. BLM is not using Enochian, so not using Blizz4/Fire IV, and could presumably be using just Fire I and blizzard for MP. It is quite possible that they are a bot.
Even if you read it otherwise, I would read it more as a joke. "Hello? Is anyone there? Is this thing on?" due to the dead silence up to that point. I wouldn't take that as any sort of offense. The explosion that occurred afterward is not at all on the same level as the original message.

That's perfectly understandable. TC and BLM were still jerks. If you wanna teach someone, don't be a jerk. People will immediately tune you out. Since the BLM started doing what TC wanted, it was apparent that the BLM was willing to take advice. No way to know tone on internet, so you have to be careful what you say.I read the conversation is a vastly different way than you did.

There are botting scrips that play the 2.0 BLM rotation (which in otherwords, is not using enochian) fine for the most part, maybe missing 1 or 2 casts by swapping too soon. There are tell-tale signs of botting. My side's interpretation is any more valid than yours, but my question is when did TC look like he acted like an ass within that screenshot? Granted like you aid, there's no other dialogue other than the screenshot, but there's the possibility of there not being any previous dialogue to begin with.
On the BLM's side, he already told OP to "shut up" after "telling a dps how to dps". And there goes that elitist word again =/Then aren't you doing the same to the BLM? The BLM asked TC if he was trying to tell a DPS how to DPS. How does that question make the BLM the bad guy, then? TC's answer was to shove the fact that he has lvl 60 BLM in his face and came off like an elitist. That's where it escalated. And then they both ended up looking like jerks. Regardless of whoever started it.

-You can't prove the bolded.
-Tone doesn't carry over in text.
-BLM/THM is the game's most infamous class for being easily bottable
-If I went through the first boss (loot distribution in the picture) without anything that proves I'm playing with humans, I'd ask too.
-How do we know he already knew the answer to that? Anything that happened before that isn't in the picture.
-I've run dozens of dungeons with people that could be bots for all I know. I could go into a dungeon right now, and ask the most mute person in there if they are a bot after 15 minutes, and most normal people won't take it as an insult. OP could genuinely want to know after that length of time.
You're adding context that's absent, but unproven, and adding tone that doesn't exist in text. You're drawing too many assumptions on how the OP asked his first 2 questions, and what he implied in doing so. How do you actually know any of this from going off that picture alone?

Don't really have to, when I can just look at the time stamps and the rest of the conversation to know the "tone". His sarcastic "hello, is anyone there" all at the same time is enough to know he's not looking for an actual answer to that question. And then right after the BLM answers with a smiley, he immediately goes into it. If you can't see that, you're really dense. You're right, I don't know for sure. But neither do you, but you're desperately trying to defend TC being a jerk all the same.-

Actually no, no you can't. That's akin to saying 'I can read minds' or 'I can tell this guy is a murderer without evidence, just because he looks shady'. You're making guesses as to what the context is that made the OP ask his first question, which is clearly not there.
You do not know the tone. No one truly does except the people that were there.
So what you're saying is asking 'why aren't you using enochian' is 'immediately going into it'? Asking an honest question is offensive now?
That was the very next thing the OP responded with, and there's nothing aggressive about it, especially without tone.
He may or may not be a jerk. I don't even know the guy. You're painting him as one, when from what we can read in the chat log, he got attacked first. Asking questions =/= attacking someone.
He asked two questions.
First was answered sarcastically.
OP didn't make a scene about that.
OP's second was responded to with another question.
OP answered
OP was then told to shut up.
Did that OP really start it?

There is no may or may not. He posted a screen shot of him being a jerk and getting booted for it. Getting attacked first doesn't give anyone the right to be a jerk as well. They're both jerks. Asking stupid rhetorical questions is not nice. It doesn't even matter if i can prove he was a jerk or not, because he proved it after the fact anyway. Can you prove the BLM didn't talk beforehand? Can you proved TC wasn't being a jerk? You can't, because all we got was a screen shot of a player who got salty over getting kicked.

Now you are going to the opposite extreme. There is a huge HUGE difference between someone doing their 2.0 rotation correctly and someone who only spams one skill.Just because you don't need to do something doesn't mean you shouldn't do it.
A tank can just spam flash and nothing else. Should they do it? No of course not they should help kill things.
A dragoon could just do heavy thrust and nothing else and clear a dungeon. Should they do it? No.
It not only makes the run take longer than it should but you are also slowing down 3-7 other people because you simply refuse to learn a new rotation. Im sorry but that is 100% rude in anyway no matter how someone tries to defend it.
