It should have some sort of combat use, even if it just sheds personal emnity rather than making you undetectable.

Even if it was able to make you invisible and capable of Trick Attack or Sneak Attack, you aren't very mobile so it would hardly be overpowered. You would have to position yourself first, Hide and immediately execute SA/TA. If the mob moves or turns, you're pretty much out of luck unless you want to creep your way back into position and let your DPS plummet. I would like to see Hide useable in combat, even with a lengthy cooldown if it's used in battle.

We have other skills (one ninjustu and a couple of HW skills) that do what you want. It's okay to have skills that are great for soloing and others that are not (and vice versa) . What use is shadewalker while you are soloing?
